How to book

Booking your shoot, step by step.

Book with just ₹500 advance, pay the rest after your shoot, then choose your favourite photos in the Sourmi app. Here is exactly how it works.

    Before the shoot

    Choose your package

    Browse our packages and pick your shoot type: maternity, newborn, baby, pre-wedding or wedding. Not sure which one fits? Ask us on WhatsApp and we will suggest one and check your date.

    Book with ₹500 advance

    ₹500advance at booking

    Tap Book Now and fill your name, mobile number, shoot date, shoot type and city. Pay ₹500 advance by UPI using the QR code on the form and upload the payment screenshot. Your date is confirmed once our team verifies the payment, and we confirm your shoot time by call or message.

    Shoot

    Shoot day

    Come to our Old Sangvi studio or meet us at the outdoor location, as per your package. Outfits, props and makeup (if included) are ready before you arrive. We work at your pace, with breaks whenever you need them.

    After the shoot

    Pay the full amount

    Balanceafter the shoot

    After the shoot, open your personal Sourmi client link. It shows your package price, advance paid and pending amount. Pay the remaining amount by UPI and upload the screenshot. Your photo gallery unlocks once we verify the payment.

    Selection

    Select your photos in the Sourmi app

    Open your gallery in the Sourmi app, tap the photos you love and send the exact photo numbers you want edited, up to your package limit. Add your reel song and any reference photos or notes for the editor.

    Delivery

    Editing & delivery. Done!

    Our editors start as soon as your numbers arrive, usually finishing in about 8 days. Track the status in your client link. Edited photos and reels come to you on Google Drive. Download them within 3 months and keep your own copy.

Is the ₹500 advance adjusted in my package price?

Yes. The advance is part of your package price. After the shoot you pay only the remaining amount.

Is the advance refundable?

The advance is non-refundable, because we hold your date for you. You can reschedule once if you tell us at least 48 hours before the shoot.

Why do I pay the full amount before selecting photos?

Your gallery unlocks once the full payment is verified. This keeps the process simple and lets our editors start as soon as your numbers arrive.

What if I want more edited photos than my package?

Select the extra numbers and tell us. Extra edits are charged per photo, and we confirm the amount before editing.

How long are my photos available?

Edited photos stay in Google Drive for a maximum of 3 months after delivery. Please download them as soon as you receive them.
